The room was extremely spacious and offered useful amenities like a microwave oven, coffee/tea making machines, and a refrigerator. The location was particularly good and unbeatable, being so close to the center, Bakersfield, and Visalia. It was within a 15-minute walk of Cecil Park.

The room I got was modern and fantastic, with a king-size bed that I really enjoyed. the staff was pleasant, incredibly accommodating, and made me feel right at home. - the hotel's location was unbeatable, right in the heart of Jackson.

I really liked the employees at this hotel. They were all nice and I was greeted every time I saw someone. In particular, Kaplan (sorry if I mispell it) the gentleman during the night shift was extremely courteous, friendly and awesome. He welcomed us with open arms and attended to us every step of the way. He even showed us around and helped us to our room. My boyfriend and I thought this is the best service we've ever gotten at a hotel stay. Please share my thoughts with him as we did not get to say goodbye. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The only thing I did not like was the location of where this hotel is at.

Had a fine stay on a business trip, and will be back. I enjoyed the hotel, its a nice size and brand-new room and ACCOMMODATING staff. The breakfast was good, had a huge variety of options and the food was good. Location: the property was right by Delano, California, Bakersfield and Visalia, and the business center.
